Individual Counseling
We live in a difficult world, and difficulty in your relationships can make things feel 200 times more difficult. I help many of my clients process the difficulties of their relationships, which does get more challenging when you add in anxiety or neurodiversity (like ADHD and/or Autism). I love providing these individuals the space to feel seen, heard and NORMAL! My clients often struggle with increased anxiety, pressure to get everything right, and struggles with setting boundaries in their relationships.
I help my clients learn more about who they are and what makes them tick, how their unique brain works, gain insight into what motivates their partner/spouse, and help them find ways to navigate their troubles with improved clarity and purpose.
So whether your primary goal is to decrease your own anxiety, process what made your last relationship so difficult, or gain more information following ADHD and Autism diagnoses, let’s get you started on the journey!
